ACU Loans – Important Update to Loan Application Process

Please note that our loan application system has been updated. You will now need to log in using your membership number and a new PIN. Your old PIN will no longer work, so please reset your PIN before signing in.

How to Reset Your PIN

  1. Go to the Membership Login page.
  2. Select ‘RESET YOUR PIN’ at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter your Membership Number and Date of Birth.
  4. Click ‘Send’ to receive your new PIN by email.

If you experience any difficulties during this process, please contact the credit union for support.
